How To Setup App

Follow these six steps below to setup the "MyFitnessPal" app for weight loss. This app will provide you with your recommended daily caloric intake to stay below in order to hit your weight loss goals.

 

We then, along with "MyFitnessPal," provide you with a database of fast food chains, coffee spots, restaurants and much more so you don't have to stop eating foods you enjoy to reach your goals. We want to take the stress out of weight loss and make reaching your goals a whole lot easier! 

STEP 1

1. Download the app "MyFitnessPal" on your mobile device.

2. Sign Up or Login (Existing Users)

STEP 2

Receive your recommended daily caloric intake for your specific goal.​

STEP 3

1. At the bottom of the app, click "More."

​

2. Click on "Goals" then "Calorie & Macronutrient Goals."

STEP 4

Adjust Percentages for Macros to:

​

35% for Carbohydrates

35% for Protein

30% for Fat

STEP 5

Begin using the database here and/or on "MyFitnessPal" to start tracking what you consume daily.

REACH YOUR GOALS ! ! !
